- Yuzu sauce
- Seaweed salad
- Asian mango
- Avocado
- Red cabbage
- Cucumber
- Toasted Sesame seed and oil
- Takuawan (pickled radish)
- Kimchee (optional)
- Edamame
- Choice of sashimi grade tuna/salmon, lemon chicken, or BBQ eel.
- Green onions and microgreens
- Seaweed
