Baking Class Workshop: French Macarons
Ever wanted to learn how to make the elusive French macarons? Book your French Macaron Baking Workshop Class.
Join us for a 2-3 hour evening in our Umami Kitchen where we learn a little bit about the history of the macaron, how to properly macaronage (pipe), tips & tricks for getting the perfect consistency, flavor French buttercream, and any tips, basic tools and tricks to make and take home 2 dozen macarons at the end.
All you need, is to bring your own apron, and a container to bring your French macarons home, unless you eat them all in class!

* Almonds and nuts are used in this facility and class. NO substitutions and exceptions made for nut allergies.
Cancellation/change policy
- All participants will acknowledge the Cancellation & Change Policy prior to registering for any cooking class. This is automatically acknowledged upon registration.
- Waiver form must be filled out prior to attendance.
- All cooking classes are non-refundable and must be paid for when booked.
- GST will be applied to all cooking class fees.
- No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed, however we welcome you to send someone in your place.
- Gift Certificate Use: Where a participant intends to use a gift certificate and is unable to attend a class, the above cancellation policy is in effect. All gift certificates will be debited or voided as applicable.
- When redeeming a gift certificate, the gift certificate must be redeemed upon registration to confirm a spot in the class.
