How to cook tapioca pearls:
Boil water, add ½ cup tapioca pearls in boiling water, boil for 30 minutes. Scoop out of water and add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix well.
Ingredients for 1 serving:
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 scoop cooked Tapioca pearls
2 tbsp Milk Tea powder
Choice of milk
50ml hot water
1 cup ice
1 tbsp sugar
- In a cup add 50ml of hot water, add 2 tablespoon milk powder. Mix well. 2. In the Boba cup provided, add 1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar and 1 scoop of cooked tapioca pearls.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and run all along inside of the cup. 4. Add 1 cup of ice into Boba cup, and fill with milk halfway.
- Add milk tea mixture and top up with milk.
